When I go to https://www.swi-prolog.org/download/stable (which is the first search result from “swi prolog download”), I immediately see a red “The site ahead contains harmful programs”.
My suggestion is to provide a landing page with an explanation that Google virus detectors have incorrectly flagged the Windows executables.
