This message isn’t really asking for Help, I am not sure where to put it. Its a bug report.
I’m using: SWI-Prolog version 9.3.35, on Linux.
I am using a laptop, and an external monitor.
In the Swi prolog debugger window, when I use my mouse to point to a button,
the button text pops up to say what the button does.
But when I move the debugger window to my external monitor,
this doesn’t work any more, the button text doesn’t pop up.
When I move the window back to my Laptop’s built-in display,
the text can pop up again.
