"Url does not exist" error when installing a pack

Hi!
When doing ?- pack_install(cplint). i get the error:
ERROR: url `‘http://www.swi-prolog.org/pack/query’’ does not exist (status(503,first byte timeout))
I have SWI 7.4.1 on MacOS10.13.6.
Any solution?

Seems there is a network or similar issue at the compute center of the university where the backend server is hosted. I guess that will be resolved.
