https://www.swi-prolog.org/download/daily/ is not working as expected. Usually there is list of several recent builds, today there is none. Clicking up will show one build. 
When trying to download that build, no download starts.
New build using Docker was tested interactively, but refused to run a service. I think that should be fixed. A new version has been uploaded. Will take a few hours to become visible on the public server. Thanks for reporting.
Note that the daily versions are kept for 7 days. Sometimes they are missing, either because something in the build setup is wrong or the current GIT does not compile for Windows …
