Currently (10/17/2022) IMO there is no acceptable answer to this as the code for such may no longer be maintained, was not completely tested, etc.

Also when searching for an answer to this consider using the keyword .NET or interop or such instead of CSharp.

• NuGet Gallery | SWI.Prolog 1.1.5990 - Never tried it. Not sure if it can talk to SWI-Prolog but it is a NuGet package so someone put it there for a reason.

Normally I would add HTH but in this case I think these will all be dead ends.
