In the preview video, it is alleged that constraint programming has been extremely successful in industry, that trains and so forth are all scheduled by it. Is that true? If so I’m surprised at how much less CLP information there is online than Prolog information.
constraint programming is a much larger field than constraint logic programming. CP is definitely widely used, for everything from urban design to CAD.
