This is mainly for Discourse admins/moderators and others who visit the site wanting to learn why this site’s page views are higher than expected.
Here is a case in point.
On 11/27/2021 the topic, Why in 2020 should I learn Prolog?, was noted on Hacker News (news.ycombinator.com).
Here are the related numbers.
Normally www.google.com is the top ranking traffic source. Seeing another site higher than www.google.com is rare.
When I first took notice of this the page view count was showing 5.0 K. This is a snapshot at the time this is being written.
