Windows Sandbox

Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise or Education build 18305 or later has a nice and easy to use sandbox.

A quick way to start it is to use the Windows search at the bottom and enter windows sandbox and then click on the App item at the top of the list.

Be aware that when the sandbox is closed all in the sandbox is deleted as expected.

I knew Windows used sandboxes for untrusted apps and untrusted internet sites automatically but did not know they enabled it to be this easy to use.

The reason I am noting this is for those that want to try SWI-Prolog without any restrictions on Windows 10 and be able to do so without affecting anything else, this is one very practical option.

Also discovered that using this the Wiki article Install SWI-Prolog development version on Windows 10 might need some tweaks.
