Added icon for easier access to personal/private messages to header

If you are reading this you may see a new icon image in the header bar image.
If not the instructions to activate are below.

I don’t know if we will keep this but I added it because it solves one problem that we and others have on our Discourse sites which is that we have access to personal/private messages but finding the full GUI is not as easy as some would expect, me included.

The standard way to get to the full GUI which includes personal/private messages is to click on your user icon, e.g. image then click on the mail icon image and then click on the mail icon a second time. It was clicking on the mail icon a second time that many of us did not know about.

To solve that problem just click on the new inbox icon and it will take you directly to your inboxes which include your privave/personal messages.

Remember that personal/private messages are still accessible by staff; consider this notification. AFAIK none of us with the rights have used it to look at others private/personal mail.

Steps to activate:

  1. Click on your Icon, e.g. image
  2. Click on your tag, e.g. image
  3. Click on preferences, i.e. image
  4. In left panel click on Interface.
  5. Under theme select one of Dark, Light or Neutral. Default does not have this at present and I don’t know how to add it at present.
  6. Click Save Changes
  7. Refresh the page
  8. Should see inbox added as clickable link in header.
